Key Elements of the Position
The Sr. HR Business Partner will report to the Director of Human Resources, ECS, and provide HR consultation and direction in the areas of people strategy, change and leadership development to the Chief Product & Technology Officer. This leader may call on subject matter experts and resources at the corporate level to provide deep knowledge and guidance in Leadership Program Design, Organization Design, Total Rewards and Talent Acquisition.
The Sr. HRBP will work in a matrix culture with access to functional experts in HR to deliver on specific needs..Areas of focus for this role include:
HR Business Consulting - Providing HR business consulting to leaders in the Technology and Product group. This HRBP will advise, coach and facilitate discussion with leaders so that together a people plan is built and implemented for this unique business division within Experian.
Talent Strategy : Guide leaders in developing a “buy, build, borrow” strategy for talent especially in the technical arena where competing for talent is accelerating. Partner very closely with Talent Acquisition in hiring and selection of great talent.
Leadership Development : Develop leadership strategies targeted to the management level and work closely with corporate OD and Development experts to implement what makes sense for a high growth and dynamic business. Also build and create additional training programs to augment what is offered by Experian’s Talent Management group.
Employee Development : Translate needs into development programs that target technical career pathing and helping managers learn to coach and give feedback to employees. Create opportunities for just in time learning through formal programs.
Culture Steward : Participate in culture team to serve as a culture steward for the organization
Additional Responsibilities:
The Sr. HRBP will work closely with the ECS leadership team and the North America HR team. Additional responsibilities include:
Partner effectively with TA to ensure that the talent acquisition strategies and plans anticipate the current and future needs of the business and deliver quality candidates
Participate in the succession planning/talent review process to ensure that internal talent is developed effectively and gaps are identified and addressed appropriately
