RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage program development from initiation to production for all Chassis systems. Lead Program reviews with different functions like Mechanical, Hardware, Electrical, and Software, as well as supplier meetings. Work with project sponsor(s) and stakeholder(s) to complete charter outlining scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget, and timing. Complete work breakdown structure and provide project schedule and tasks. Manage project scope ensuring proper change management governance. Manage project risks, issues, and change requests and any project interdependencies. Communicate expectations to project team and stakeholders. Accountable for delivery of project within agreed to timing, scope, and cost. Develop monthly forecasts, track committed funds, and manage project budget variances, as applicable, for Finance, Engineering, and Program Management Office. Provide project status reports per the governance model. Ensure appropriate security and controls are instituted within project deliverables (e.g., SCRP, ACR, audit follow-up). Apply PM standards to PM disciplines and appropriate use of Faraday & Future processes, tools, and methodologies within project team. Ensure stakeholder(s) (internal and external) receive products/ services within expected timelines. Confirm that orders are completed and received. Aid in launching MRP/ ERP.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor of Science degree or foreign equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Management, or closely related field plus 5 years of experience in job offered or closely related occupation...
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Must possess expertise/ knowledge sufficient to adequately perform the duties of the job being offered. Expertise/ knowledge may be gained through employment experience or education. Such expertise/ knowledge cannot be "quantified" by "time." Required expertise/ knowledge includes: Understanding of Full Product Life Cycle management. Understanding of infrastructure operations. Knowledge of Electronic-Mechanical systems and software development process. Working knowledge of Commercial and Finance R&D and manufacturing operations. Automotive product launch experience. Experience with six sigma methodologies for process analysis and improvement. Domestic and International OEM and/ or Tier 1 experience. Experience with: CATIA 5. JIRA. MS Project. PLM systems. C. Change management process. Travel up to 20% within and outside of the U.S. to various company sites based on project needs..
